I cannot fault Richard James. They replaced 14 sliding sash windows in our house. They were not cheap but competitively priced and for the quality of the work they were excellent value. Beautiful windows, expertly fitted by staff who were a pleasure to have in the house. They were highly professional, attentive, great communication, hard-working, thoughtful and good company.

A visit to the workshop was well worth it to see what excellent standards they work to. They are simply a superb company I cannot recommend too highly.
