Gothic Archtop Windows

The team at Richard James had the privilege of contributing our craftsmanship to the transformation of St. Mary’s Church in Berwick. This historic church underwent a remarkable conversion into apartments, and our task was to create and install a number of Gothic archtop windows that would seamlessly blended the old with the new.

The arches, tracery, and mullions were faithfully replicated, paying homage to the church’s history. These windows were designed to flood the interior spaces with light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for its dwellers. The result was a stunning fusion of classic design and modern living, where the beauty of the past met the comfort of the present.

Our work on St. Mary’s Church stands as a testament to our commitment to preserving heritage while adapting spaces for contemporary use.
