In a charming historic market town in Northumberland, Richard James embarked on a transformative project that breathed new life into an old property.
Crafting a bridge between past and present, the windows to this Edwardian property had to meet stringent conservation regulations as well as ensure they were sympathetic to the architectural heritage of the era.
A testament to the power of colour and design, the windows for this Victorian property were destined to be more than just functional; for these homeowners, they were to be a canvas of expression and a reflection of the property’s personality.
Infusing elegance with colour, our sliding sash windows perfectly matched Farrow & Ball’s No.18 French Gray. With Teknos paint, we captured the lush shade, enhancing the property’s character and inviting distinction to shine.
Transforming these derelict listed buildings into luxury accommodation presented one of the most ambitious projects the team at Richard James have undertaken to-date.
