An excellent service from start to finish on a stunning stable door for my seventeenth-century cottage. I really appreciated their knowledge of the products which they craft from scratch, and the detailed information which they were more than happy to send me on the specifics of the door and locks etc. in the early stage of design. It was the best customer service experience of my life.
