Timber
All our windows and doors and made using premium FSC-certified® timber sourced from sustainable, accredited sources.
Glass
We have various glazing options available to suit your project, from efficient double glazing or conservation-friendly secondary glazing to opaque glazing options for privacy.
Paint
As with every element of our manufacturing process, only the finest quality products are used throughout our process. Our bespoke colour matching service means we can match to almost any stain or paint colour your design requires.
Hardware
We use only the finest British-made hardware to complete our products. Finishes can include anything from marine grade stainless steel to traditional polished brass to meet your design requirements.
Maintenance
We use only the finest materials to create our products, thereby doing everything we can to ensure their best start in life. We offer a free two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, however we recommend all our customers check for damage regularly; the more care given, the longer your product will last.
In addition to our warranty, we offer free advice to all our customers for the entire lifespan of the product.

Paint Protection
The finishing touches on our windows and doors aren’t just cosmetic, they’re essential. We use Teknos coatings for every window and door we build. Teknos coatings are renowned internationally for providing superior protection and unrivalled finishes, extending the lifespan of our products and protecting them against the elements. With Teknos you know you’re getting the highest standard of protection and finish.
Maintenance
Timber Protection
All wood, even Accoya®, requires maintenance and benefits from protection. For example, although we use Teknos microporous spray finishes, which are guaranteed by the manufacturer for up to ten years, if it is somehow chipped, water and other natural elements are allowed in to affect the material.
If the chip is spotted and touched up, the ingress stops and the maintenance cycle restarts, but if not, the protection is compromised.

Aftercare
We recommend, every six months, you should:
- Remove build-up of dust and grime from weather seals and corners.
- Wipe down all surfaces with a mild detergent solution and rinse well.
- Check surfaces for damage and repair if necessary.
- Maintain hardware as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Clean glass inside and out for the perfect finish.

Repair Guidelines
If you find that your product has damage to the paint surface and requires the area to be repaired, please follow the steps below. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for further advice.
- ACQUIRE A GOOD QUALITY, LONG HAIRED SYNTHETIC BRUSH
- SAND AFFECTED AREA WITH LOW GRIT (320-400) SANDPAPER
- CLEAN SANDED AREA WITH TEKNOS SOLUTION
- RINSE SURFACE OF SOLUTION AND RESIDUE
- DILUTE PAINT 5-10% WITH WATER IN WARMER WEATHER
- MOISTEN THE ENTIRE HEAD OF THE BRUSH TO HELP WITH PAINT FLOW
- GENEROUSLY APPLY A COATING WITH LONG, DIAGONAL STROKES
- DO NOT OVERBRUSH; PAINT WILL SETTLE AND LEVEL NATURALLY IN TIME
- FINISH APPLICATION WITH LIGHT STROKES IN THE DIRECTION OF THE GRAIN
- APPLY 2 OR 3 COATS OF TEKNOS PAINT, LEAVING AN HOUR OR SO BETWEEN
