Richard James fitted two new windows in our house, the oldest house (over 100yrs old) in Darras Hall. My wife and I were delighted. We were worried that the surrounds and wallpaper would be damaged or stained. However, they were left in pristine condition, and I stand and admire the workmanship.

I cannot fault Richard James. They replaced 14 sliding sash windows in our house. They were not cheap but competitively priced and for the quality of the work they were excellent value.
